What to send us

The number stamped on the old part is the quickest route. If it has worn off, the engine or genset model and serial number usually gets us there. Photos help more than descriptions.

We cross-check whatever you send against the OEM catalogue and confirm the match with you before anything ships.

About this range

An exhaust bellows is the flexible stainless section between the engine's exhaust outlet and the fixed pipework. It does two things: it keeps engine vibration out of the exhaust run, and it absorbs the growth of the pipe as it heats. Steel moves roughly twelve millimetres per metre at 500 degrees, so on a long run that movement has to go somewhere.

Without one, or with one that has seized solid, that load goes back into the manifold and the turbo flange. Bellows fail by cracking along the convolutions, usually at one end, and a split shows as a sooty streak or an audible leak near the joint.

Order by bore, overall length and end type, whether flanged or plain for welding. The engine model on its own will not identify one, because the same engine is piped differently in every installation.
