Coolant level sensors for engines and gensets. Send the number on the old sensor along with the engine model.

What to send us

The number stamped on the old part is the quickest route. If it has worn off, the engine or genset model and serial number usually gets us there. Photos help more than descriptions.

We cross-check whatever you send against the OEM catalogue and confirm the match with you before anything ships.

About this range

A coolant level sensor sits in the top tank or the expansion bottle and tells the controller when the level has dropped. On a genset that runs unattended it is the difference between a shutdown on low coolant and an engine that keeps running until it seizes.

Most are conductive probes, reading whether coolant is bridging the tip, and a few are float operated. Conductive probes foul over time: scale and additive deposits build on the tip and the sensor stops seeing coolant that is there, so the set shuts down on a false alarm. That is worth checking before condemning one.

Send the number off the sensor and the thread or mounting detail. Probe length matters, because the same body is made in several lengths for different tanks.
