What to send us

The number stamped on the old part is the quickest route. If it has worn off, the engine or genset model and serial number usually gets us there. Photos help more than descriptions.

We cross-check whatever you send against the OEM catalogue and confirm the match with you before anything ships.

About this range

Two coolers, and they are often confused. An engine oil cooler takes heat out of the lube oil using engine coolant. An aftercooler, also called a charge air cooler, takes heat out of the compressed air leaving the turbocharger so the engine draws a denser charge.

An oil cooler that has corroded through mixes the two systems, and it shows as oil in the coolant or coolant in the sump. An aftercooler that is blocked or leaking costs power and raises exhaust temperature, and on a water-cooled aftercooler a leak puts coolant straight into the inlet.

These are matched to the engine build rather than just the model, so send the number off the old unit. We also supply the seal and gasket kits that go with them.
