What to send us

The number stamped on the old part is the quickest route. If it has worn off, the engine or genset model and serial number usually gets us there. Photos help more than descriptions.

We cross-check whatever you send against the OEM catalogue and confirm the match with you before anything ships.

About this range

A relay card is the interface between the controller's low-current outputs and the heavy circuits on the engine: crank, fuel solenoid, stop solenoid and the auxiliary functions. The controller signals, the card switches. It exists so the controller never carries starter or solenoid current directly.

Cards are usually 12 or 24 V DC to match the set's starting system, and they carry the maker's own number rather than a generic one. Kirloskar's interface cards run in the 3H series, Cummins PowerCommand cards in the 0300 and 0327 series. Some are direct replacements for older cards and some need a conversion kit, which is worth checking before ordering.

A card that has failed often shows as an engine that cranks but will not fuel, or one that starts and then stops when the controller hands over. Send the number off the card and a photograph of both sides.
